研究成果

申请人主要通过病毒/细菌遗传学、分子生物学、生物化学、生物信息学、化学生物学、比较功能基因组学、结构生物学、分子免疫学和细胞/实验动物的感染生物学等多种研究手段研究病原菌的脂代谢调控以及其感染机制。博士期间的主要研究方向集中在高致病性病原体如猪链球菌(Streptococcus suis, S. suis)和禽流感病毒 (Avian influenza virus H5N1 & H7N9) 的分子致病机制和病原结构上,现已取得的研究成果发表在PLoS Medicine, Journal of Bacteriology, The Journal of Infectious Diseases, Journal of Clinical Microbiology, Journal of General Virology, Science等国际期刊上。申请人在美国伊利诺伊大学的研究主要是以食源性病原菌(如大肠杆菌和霍乱弧菌等)为研究材料,从事细菌脂肪酸及衍生物的代谢调控机理的研究,所取得的系列研究成果已经在本领域著名刊物如Molecular Microbiology和Journal of Bacteriology发表十余篇研究论文。迄今为止,申请人以第一作者/通讯作者身份在本领域的知名国际学术期刊(包括PLoS Medicine, Molecular Microbiology, Journal of Bacteriology, The Journal of Biological Chemistry, The Journal of Infectious Diseases, Emerging Infectious Diseases等)上发表了50余篇研究论文,取得了多项重要研究成果。其中第一作者/通讯作者文章共30余篇,他引次数为366次。申请人与国内外多家科研单位也建立了广泛、深入的学术联系,目前担任包括Virulence (IF: 2.787)在内多家学术刊物的杂志编委和数个国际刊物的审稿人。
