报告摘要:
Systems metabolic engineering integrates traditional metabolic engineering with systems biology, synthetic biology and evolutionary engineering for more efficient development of microbial cell factories. In this lecture, I will describe the strategies for developing microbial cell factories by systems metabolic engineering. Various example products including bulk chemicals, polymers, and natural products will be showcased together with the tools and strategies of systems metabolic engineering.
